You are here: Home » Appraisal without Obligation

We have a statutory 14 day cooling off period which will allow you to cancel, without obligation, any arrangement you have requested we act on.

Our audits are conducted by highly skilled professionals who are experts in this field. All our investigators have several years experience in the mortgage marketplace and are fully qualified either with Financial Planning Certificates 1, 2, & 3, or CeMap 1, 2, & 3 in giving Mortgage Advice and Practice.  Our investigators are trained and experienced to a high standard and will act as expert witness if required.

In every case the audit will be completed thoroughly to ensure that nothing is missed. We will track down the original advisor or firm who gave initial advice and establish who is responsible for your loss, whether or not they are still trading.

This will include all information and documentation being requested from your lender and advisor, based on the Data Protection Act’s provision (DSAR 1998 Data Protection Act).  If required or necessary we will also request information from all parties concerned with this mortgage application, including solicitors and estate agents.

When auditing your mortgage application we will be requesting all reasons why your mortgage was advised and sold, checking the marketplace and qualifications of the advisor, in order to ensure that you have been treated fairly as per the FCA’s principles.

If you wish to take this further, submit by email, post or call us in the strictest confidence with your name and telephone number.

An advisor will call you back within 24 hours.
